对受教育者加强无产阶级思想政治方面的教育,教育者本身的立场、观点和方法是不容忽视的.从当前学校思想政治工作的一些状况看,有三种模糊认识必须澄清. 一是“从属论”有些教员有意无意地认为,思想政治方面的教育应该从属于专业学习,服务于专业学习.这种认识其实是片面的.因为从我国社会主义制度的性质出发,学校必须以育人为中心,而一个合格的人才又必须是德智体全面发展.如果学习不及格,不过是次品;身体差不能坚持工作,是废品;而思想政治素质差,那就是危险品了.当然这并不是说,业务学习不重要,而是说决不能将思想政治要求降低到“从属”的地
