【塔斯社莫斯科二日电】:苏联部长会议主席约·维·斯大林同志答覆一批美国报纸编辑所提出的问题。一批美国地方报纸的编辑以这些报纸的五十位编辑的名义向斯大林同志提出了四个问题,斯大林同志给予答覆如下;问:第三次世界大战现在比两三年前更临近了吗?答:不,不是这样。问:各大国首脑举行一次会谈有益处吗?答:可能会有益处。问:你认为现在是统一德国的适当时机吗?
TASS, Moscow, January 2: Comrade Joel Stalin, chairman of the Soviet Council of Ministers, has answered a number of questions raised by a group of U.S. newspaper editors. A group of editors of the local newspapers in the United States filed four questions with Comrade Stalin in the name of the fifty editors of these newspapers. Comrade Stalin replied as follows: Q: Is the third world war now more approaching than two or three years ago? A: No, not like this. Q: Is it beneficial to hold a summit among the major powers? A: It may be beneficial. Q: Do you think it is the right time to unify Germany?
