当前,在社会主义市场经济体制日趋发展完善的新形势下,如何克服困难,增强企业的凝聚力和职工的向心力,提高企业参与现代市场经济竞争的能力?笔者认为:应当着重强化企业思想政治工作的内在管理,机智灵活而又不断地改进工作方式方法,逐步建立起一套科学、有序、完整的思想政治工作管理体系,确保其正常运作,才能做好职工思想政治工作,使企业始终保持健康、旺盛的生命力,为经济建设及企业发展提供坚实的思想意识基础。
