学校心理教育的主体是发展性的,发展性心理教育主要通过班级进行,班级心理教育要面向全体学生,因此,通过认知的渠道、以类似于“讲授”的方式对学生的认知品质施加影响是班级心理教育基本方式之一,这种“认知”不同于传统的单纯的知识传递,而是与活动、体验、反思、建构等结合在一起,体现出认知—活动性、认知—体验性、认知—反思性、认知—建构性等特色。
