目的探讨实时超声弹性成像(RTE)与乙肝后肝纤维化程度的关系,评估RTE应用于诊断乙肝后肝纤维化程度的可行性。方法经病理证实的肝纤维化患者76例,应用RTE进行肝脏弹性成像的弹性特征量分析,并与肝组织纤维化病理学分级对比。结果相关分析显示肝纤维化程度与肝纤维化弹性成像的弹性特征量应变均值(MEAN)、标准偏差(SD)、蓝色领域百分比(AREA)、复杂度(COMP)、CORR、SKEW、CONT及IDM相关(P<0.01),其中与MEAN及AREA的相关性最好(r=-0.827、0.881,P<0.05)。结论实时组织弹性成像可以对慢性肝病患者的肝纤维化程度进行初步的评定,是对传统超声的一种有价值的补充。
Objective To investigate the relationship between real-time ultrasound elastography (RTE) and the degree of post-hepatitis B fibrosis and to evaluate the feasibility of using RTE in the diagnosis of post-hepatitis B liver fibrosis. Methods Totally 76 patients with liver fibrosis confirmed by pathology were studied with elasto-elasto-elastosis analysis of liver elastography using RTE and compared with the pathological grading of liver fibrosis. Results Correlation analysis showed that the degree of liver fibrosis and the elastic characteristics of liver fibrosis elastography MEAN, SD, AREA, COMP, CORR, SKEW, CONT and IDM (P <0.01), and the correlation with MEAN and AREA was the best (r = -0.827,0.881, P <0.05). Conclusion Real-time tissue elastography can be a preliminary assessment of the degree of liver fibrosis in patients with chronic liver disease, which is a valuable supplement to traditional ultrasound.
