本文对药用植物何首乌茎段进行了愈伤组织培养。结果表明以Ｍｕｒａｓｈｉｇｅ＆Ｓｋｏｏｇ（ＭＳ）培养基加２，４－Ｄ（２，４－二氯苯氧乙酸）１．０ｍｇ／Ｌ，２５℃，暗培养条件下愈伤组织生长较好；并对其中所含蒽醌类化合物进行了ＨＰＬＣ分析。
In this paper, the callus culture of the medicinal plants of the leaves of Polygonum multiflorum was carried out. The results showed that the callus growth was better under the dark culture conditions with Murashige & Skoog (MS) medium plus 2,4-D (2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid) 1.0mg/L at 25°C; The terpenoids were analyzed by HPLC.
