一年了。积365天酸酸苦苦、甜甜喜喜之万千感慨想借时倾吐,却又似乎多在言语之外。不去说创刊过程之艰难。不去说一年365天的运作之辛苦。值创刊一周年喜庆之际,我就如何办好学术期刊谈点个人浅见。学术,顾名思义是有系统、较专门的学问。学问,也顾名思义是正确反映客观事物的系统知识或学识。没有什么刊物能像学术期刊这样,总是真切地感受着时代脉膊的律动。

Do not say the hard work of 365 days a year. On the occasion of the festive anniversary of the first anniversary of the founding, I talked briefly about how to run academic journals. Academic, as its name implies, is systematic and specialized. Knowledge, as the name suggests, is systematic knowledge or knowledge that correctly reflects objective things. There are no publications that, like academic journals, always really feel the pulse of the times.
