代表建议近年来,住房难成为普通百姓尤其城市低收入家庭的一个心结。加快经济适用房和廉租房建设,构建合理的住房保障体系,已经成为广大城市低收入家庭迫切的需求。在2007年2月举行的海宁市十三届人大一次会议上,秦玉等20多位人大代表提交了关于要求加快廉租房建设,逐步解决低收入群体住房难的建议。
In recent years, the representative suggested that housing should not become a knot for ordinary people, especially urban low-income families. Accelerating the construction of affordable housing and low-rent housing and building a reasonable housing security system have become the urgent needs of low-income families in many cities. At the first meeting of the 13th National People’s Congress of Haining held in February 2007, more than 20 NPC deputies submitted suggestions on accelerating the construction of low-rent housing and gradually solving the housing difficulties for low-income groups.
