目的了解芜湖市梅毒母婴阻断工作情况,同时分析母婴阻断示范区与非示范区之间的差异,为制定预防梅毒母婴传播下一步工作计划提供依据。方法 2011-2013年全市所有助产机构和社区服务中心上报的工作月报表,对数据使用卡方检验进行分析。结果 2011-2013年累计78 810例孕产妇接受梅毒检测,其中孕期检测66 823例,检测比例为79.00%,产时检测11 987例,检测率14.20%,发现阳性孕产妇159例,孕产妇梅毒感染率为1.88‰;示范区(χ2趋势=1 767.716,P<0.001)和非示范区(χ2趋势=3 508.764,P<0.001)的梅毒检测率呈现逐年上升的趋势;各年度示范区梅毒孕期检测比例均高于非示范区,有统计学差异。结论总结示范区工作经验并推广,同时各级妇幼保健机构应加强项目的管理工作,减少梅毒感染孕产妇的漏报率,提高孕期检测率,对孕产妇进行梅毒检测,早期发现梅毒感染孕妇,给予早期、规范、全程的治疗对有效降低先天性梅毒儿的发生有着重要的作用。
Objective To understand the situation of maternal and child blockage of syphilis in Wuhu City and to analyze the differences between maternal and child blockade demonstration area and non-demonstration area and to provide the basis for formulating the next work plan of preventing mother-to-child transmission of syphilis. Methods Monthly work reports submitted by all midwifery and community service centers in the city from 2011 to 2013 were analyzed using the chi-square test. The detection rate is higher than non-demonstration area, with statistical differences. Conclusions The work experience of the demonstration area is summarized and popularized. At the same time, the MCH institutions at all levels should strengthen the management of the project, reduce the false negative rate of pregnant women infected with syphilis, improve the detection rate during pregnancy, detect the syphilis among pregnant women, detect the pregnant women with syphilis infection early, Given early, standardized, full treatment for the effective reduction of congenital syphilis has an important role.
