《山东劳动》是我省公开发行的唯一的劳动专业刊物,是做好劳动业务工作的重要帮手,搞好征订发行,对于做好劳动宣传工作,增强全社会对劳动工作的理解和支持,促进各项劳动工作的开展具有重要意义,我们在搞好征订发行的同时,把学刊用刊工作落到实处。一是定期不定期召集订户座谈会,了解他们的学刊情况。有针对性地答复他们遇到的问题,指导帮助他们结合自身工作做好学习。如我市个别企业在改制过程中,强行让职工缴纳股金,对不入股的职工不予安排岗位,违背了参股自愿的原则,职工对此有一定反映,我们了解到这个情况后,立即召
