肝脏是机体产热的主要器官,环境温度变化时,肝脏线粒体氧化磷酸化生成ATP和热量释放之间如何进行调节目前尚不清楚。作者在进行棕色脂肪组织解偶联蛋白实验时,发现大鼠肝亚线粒体片段也存在类似解偶联蛋白与CTP结合的现象。进一步上作发现:(1)冷适应大鼠肝线粒体与GTP无特异性结合,超声业线粒体片段与GTP可进行特异性结合,提示此结合部位位于线粒体内膜的内侧。(2)与ATP结合的解离常数约为与GTP结合解离常数的10~4倍,提示GTP并非结合在ATP合成
The liver is the main organ of the body heat production, the ambient temperature changes, the liver mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation of ATP and how to regulate the release of heat is currently unclear. The author in the brown adipose tissue uncoupling protein experiments, found that rat liver mitochondrial fragments also exist similar uncoupling protein and CTP binding phenomenon. We further found that: (1) cold-adapted rat liver mitochondria and GTP non-specific binding, sonicated mitochondrial fragments and GTP can be specifically bound, suggesting that the binding site is located in the inner mitochondrial inner membrane. (2) The dissociation constant bound to ATP is about 10 ~ 4 times that of dissociation constant bound to GTP, suggesting that GTP is not bound to ATP synthesis
