本研究首次证明,绿茶多酚类的主要成分没食子酰表没食子儿茶素(EGCG)具有很强的抑制促癌物TPA诱导的皮肤炎性水肿和增生反应,以及抑制TPA促进经甲基胆蒽启动的BALB/3T3细胞的转化作用。本实验结果表明,EGCG可能是绿茶多酚提取物中抑制TPA促癌作用的重要成分。
This study demonstrated for the first time that the main component of green tea polyphenols, gallo-epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), has a strong inhibitory effect on TPA-induced inflammatory edema and hyperplasia of the skin, as well as inhibition of TPA promotion by methylcholanthrene. Transformation of activated BALB/3T3 cells. The results of this experiment show that EGCG may be an important component of the inhibition of TPA in the green tea polyphenol extracts.
