一个班级的发展,毫无疑问,和班主任的人格魅力息息相关。由于中小学生模仿能力极强,作为班级管理的直接核心人物——班主任的一举一动都有可能被学生加以模仿和学习。一个优秀班集体的形成,往往与班主任自身的人格魅力息息相关。班主任应该着力塑造自身的人格魅力,加强班级管理工作。
The development of a class is undoubtedly related to the charisma of the head teacher. Due to the strong imitation ability of primary and middle school students, as the direct core figure in class management, every move of class teacher may be imitated and studied by students. The formation of a good class collective, often with the teacher’s own personality is closely related to the charm. Class teacher should focus on shaping their own personality charm, strengthen class management.
