目的分析卢氏县中小学校餐饮服务现状,制定有效措施,提高餐饮服务许可证办证率,确保中小学生在校期间饮食安全。方法对全县19个乡镇96个食堂餐饮服务情况进行调查。结果有88.5%学校食堂未能取得餐饮服务许可证,承包经营、忽视卫生、监管缺失为主要原因。结论采取独立经营、改善硬件、严格监管、卫生培训等措施保证学校餐饮安全。
Objective To analyze the status quo of catering services in primary and secondary schools in Lushi County and to formulate effective measures to improve the handling rate of catering service permits and ensure the safety of primary and secondary students in their schooling. Methods A total of 96 canteens dining service in 19 townships were investigated. As a result, 88.5% of the school canteens failed to obtain foodservice licenses, contracted operations, neglected hygiene and lack of supervision were the main reasons. Conclusions Independent management, hardware improvement, strict supervision and hygiene training are taken to ensure the safety of school catering.
