福建圈定医院改革重点 本刊讯 为积极稳妥地配合医改,福建省确定了医疗机构配套改革的重点。 据了解,该省将以医疗服务需求为导向,合理调整医疗机构布局,优化卫生资源配置。该省将制定卫生资源配置标准,实行优势互补,资源共享。对于不符合规划要求或效率严重低下的医疗机构,要坚决实行“关、停、并、转、迁”。充分利用现有医疗、防保资源,制定和完善相关政策法规,加强发展社区卫生服务,
Fujian delineates the focus of hospital reforms. This periodical has actively and steadily cooperated with medical reform. Fujian Province has determined the focus of supporting reform of medical institutions. It is understood that the province will be guided by the demand for medical services, rationally adjust the layout of medical institutions, and optimize the allocation of health resources. The province will formulate health resource allocation standards and implement complementary advantages and resources sharing. For medical institutions that do not meet the planning requirements or have a severely low efficiency, they must resolutely implement “close, stop, merge, transfer, and relocate”.
