1998年10月16日深夜,北京市丰台区公安分局防暴大队在其辖区内的高速公路收费处截获两卡车可疑药品。得知这一情况后,北京市药品监督办公室、北京市药品检验所、北京市丰台区卫生局、丰台区药品检验所立即组织人员对这批药品进行检查。在抽检的14个品种中,发现假药1种,劣药3种。 假药:消渴丸,批号980914,中外合资辉南辉发制药有限公司生产,属未经批准,擅自生产。
On the night of October 16, 1998, the riot prevention brigade of Fengtai District Public Security Bureau in Beijing seized two trucks of suspicious drugs at the highway toll booth in its jurisdiction. After learning of this situation, Beijing Drug Administration, Beijing Municipal Institute for Drug Control, Beijing Fengtai District Health Bureau, and Fengtai District Institute for Drug Control immediately organized personnel to inspect the drug. Of the 14 samples tested, one was found to be counterfeit and the other was inferior. Counterfeit medicine: Xiaoke Pill, batch No. 980914, manufactured by Sino-foreign joint venture Huinan Huifa Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., which is manufactured without authorization.
