对于人力资本在吸引FDI(外国直接投资)中的重要性,国内外学者均有论述。普遍认为,人力资本与FDI的流入以及技术外溢存在着良性循环。本文旨在通过对中印人力资本进行详细的比较分析,指出两国在人力资本方面的异同以及对FDI流入的影响。
Domestic and foreign scholars have discussed the importance of human capital in attracting FDI (foreign direct investment). It is generally believed that there is a virtuous circle of inflow of human capital and FDI and technology spillovers. This article aims to make a detailed comparative analysis of the human capital between China and India and point out the similarities and differences between the two countries in terms of human capital and the impact on FDI inflow.
