当马加爵杀人案件渐渐被人遗忘时,赴日留学生仅因学费问题在上海浦东机场拔出水果刀连刺母亲9刀;当2011年安徽合肥仅16岁的“周岩”再一次撞击了人们的心灵时,上海复旦大学投毒案件再次发生;此类种种学生杀人案件,引起社会各界对中国高等教育的普法效率产生了质疑。尽快使法律素质课程与义务教育相结合,走进中小学,值得认真思考与探究。
When the Macaque murder case was gradually forgotten, the students studying in Japan only pulled out a fruit knife at the Pudong International Airport in Shanghai and stabbed her mother for only 9 knots.
