Biological radio telemetry has become increasingly important in solving medical biology problems. The Fourth Conference on Telemetry for Physiology and Medicine of All-Soochow (59, 63 and 68 years ago) was held in June 1976. The meeting reviewed the achievements of the past eight years and set the future tasks. Discussed the general issues of biological radio telemetry, engineering methods and medical biology. The meeting made 64 reports. One speaker spoke on the vision of a biological telemetry system for orbiting space stations.
