一、研制过程煤矿安全生产需要检测甲烷浓度。氦氖激光器的一条红外激光谱线波长3.39μ(2947.90cm~(-1)),与甲烷吸收谱的v_s带P_7支(2947.92cm~(-1))符合,共振吸收系数15.7m~(-1)乇~(-1)。用这种激光配以这一波长的室温碲镉汞红外探测器,做成甲烷检测仪,可以提高测量的选择性和可靠性。除煤矿外,这种装置也适用于其他需要检测甲烷含量的场合,例如天然气、石油化工等。我校激光专业部分教师和学员与上海市有关工厂协作,结合教学实践,接受了研制波长为3.39μ红外激光器的任务。
First, the development process of coal mine safety production needs to detect methane concentration. An infrared laser spectrum of HeNe laser has a wavelength of 3.39μ (2947.90cm -1) which is in agreement with P_7 (2947.92cm -1) of the v_s band of methane absorption spectrum. The resonance absorption coefficient is 15.7m ~ (- 1) Torr ~ (-1). With this laser coupled with this wavelength of room temperature HgCdTe infrared detector, made of methane detector, can improve the measurement selectivity and reliability. In addition to coal mines, this device is also suitable for other applications where methane content is to be detected, such as natural gas, petrochemicals and the like. Some laser teachers and students in our school collaborate with the relevant factories in Shanghai to carry out the task of developing a 3.39μ infrared laser with a combination of teaching practice.
