本文扼要叙述了非溅散锆-铝消气剂的特性。通过对它的吸气量和吸气速率的实验测定,表明了在300~700℃范围内,它的吸气性能是令人满意的。对空气而言,在700℃,1×10~(-6)乇时,吸气速率约为310厘米3/2厘米~2·秒。700℃时的吸气量达1.0×10~(-1)~1.4 ×10~(-3)厘米~3·乇/2厘米~2。实验用的锆-铝消气剂是采用氢化锆粉(84%)与铝粉(l6%)配制而成。锆-铝合金的生成是在真空烧结过程中,除了有铝的局部蒸发以外,还由于氢化锆的分解,不断放出氢气而形成的,因而使得消气剂涂层更富于多孔性和更为清洁。邮电部北京506厂,将由Zr与Al直接熔炼而成的Zr-Al消气剂运用于行波管中,涂在灯丝托盘上,群频噪声显著下降,缩短了老炼时间,并且很大地简化了使用工艺,取得了初有成效的进展。本文最后展望了它的发展。
This article briefly describes the characteristics of non-sputtered zirconium-aluminum getters.
