本文介绍了采用LECO TC-136氧/氮测定仪同时测定铌合金中氧及氮的惰气熔融脉冲加热法。该法是用金属镍(镍篮)作助熔剂,把每个试样放人相应的镍篮中,在试样与镍篮熔化时提取气体。然后用红外检测氧及热导检验氮。试验了两种类型的石墨坩埚对提取铌合金中氧及氮的影响。本法获得的氧与氮的分析值与高频加热库仑及化学法的分析值比较是满意的。
In this paper, an inert gas melting pulse heating method for the simultaneous determination of oxygen and nitrogen in niobium alloys using a LECO TC-136 oxygen / nitrogen analyzer is described. The method is to use metal nickel (nickel basket) as a flux, each sample placed in the corresponding nickel basket, the sample and the nickel basket to melt gas extraction. Then use infrared detection of oxygen and thermal conductivity of nitrogen. The effects of two types of graphite crucibles on the extraction of oxygen and nitrogen from niobium alloys were tested. The values of oxygen and nitrogen obtained by this method are satisfactory compared with those of high frequency heating Coulomb and chemical methods.
