生产硅酸盐水泥时,一般都必须掺加一定数量的石膏作缓凝剂.为了防止过多的SO_3含量可能引起水泥体积不安定,世界各国水泥标准中,都规定了SO_3的最高含量.但近年来许多学者的研究证明,水泥中石膏掺加量如稍超过一般标准规定,对水泥安定性不但没有害处,相反地,能提高水泥强度和减小干缩性.因此我们进行了硅酸盐水泥中石膏的适宜掺量的试验研究.我们用琉璃河水泥厂C_3A含量适中的熟料,掺加不同数量的太原石膏,使SO_3含量分别为1.72(包括熟料中原有SO_3含量),1.88,3.13,3.68,
In the production of Portland cement, a certain amount of gypsum must be added as a set retarder. In order to prevent excessive SO 3 content from causing instability of cement volume, the highest content of SO 3 is specified in the cement standards of all countries in the world.
