在PDA培养基的基础上,加0.5%的蛋白胨、3.0%的蔗糖是多数绿僵菌良好的产孢培养基。50×10~(-6)的胆矾可显著提高菌株8550和30104的产孢量,100×10~(-6)的胆矾可显著提高8401的产孢量。
On the basis of PDA medium, 0.5% peptone and 3.0% sucrose are the most suitable medium for sporulation of Metarhizium anisopliae. The cholera of 50 × 10 ~ (-6) could significantly increase the sporulation of strain 8550 and 30104, and 100 × 10 ~ (-6) cholesta could significantly increase the sporulation of 8401.
