应用组织化学方法观察了小鼠体内旋毛虫囊包幼虫经丙硫咪唑作用后酶活性及糖原含量的变化,研究丙硫咪唑杀虫的生物化学机理。取感染小鼠后腿肌肉的囊包蚴进行RNA、DNA、SDH、LDH、ACP、ALP、ATPase及糖原的组织化学进行半定量测定;并对糖原、LDH、RNA进行显微分光光度计定量测定。研究结果显示:用药组RNA、DNA、SDH、ATPase、ACP活性以及糖原均低于对照组,而LDH活性则高于对照组,ALP的活性无显著性变化。表明丙硫咪唑可通过抑制旋毛虫幼虫的糖、核酸的代谢,以及ATP产生而起杀虫作用。
The histochemical method was used to observe the changes of enzymatic activity and glycogen content after instillation of actinomycin by larvae of Bursa pullulans and the biochemical mechanism of albendazole was studied. Semiquantitative determination of the histochemistry of RNA, DNA, SDH, LDH, ACP, ALP, ATPase and glycogen in the muscle of the infected mice ’s hindpaw was carried out. The glycogen, LDH and RNA were analyzed with a spectrophotometer Quantitative determination. The results showed that the activities of RNA, DNA, SDH, ATPase, ACP and glycogen in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, while the activity of LDH was higher than that in the control group. The activity of ALP did not change significantly. Proprazothiazole showed insecticidal effects by inhibiting the sugar of Trichinella spiralis larvae, the metabolism of nucleic acids, and ATP production.
