考察了复方健达合剂对环磷酰胺及60Co照射诱发小鼠低白细胞血症及骨髓有核细胞数的影响。结果表明：JD合剂（75g／kg，po）对环磷酰胺及60Co照射小鼠低白细胞血症具有明显升高白细胞的作用，用药第4天至第7天作用最强；JD还可增加60Co照射小鼠的骨髓有核细胞数，表明：JD具有对抗60Co的骨髓抑制作用。
The effects of compound Jianda mixture on low leukocyte hyperlipidemia and bone marrow nucleated cells induced by cyclophosphamide and 60Co irradiation were investigated. The results showed that JD mixture (75g/kg, po) significantly increased white blood cells in mice with low leukocytemia treated with cyclophosphamide and 60Co, and the effect was strongest from the 4th to the 7th day of administration. JD also increased 60Co. The number of irradiated nucleated bone marrow cells in mice showed that JD has anti-60Co bone marrow suppression.
