本文利用测定癌细胞膜表面过氧化脂质(LPO)含量的方法,研究了补中益气汤对艾氏腹水癌(EAC)小鼠细胞膜 LPO 含量的影响。实验结果表明,补中苴气汤对 EAC 小鼠癌细胞膜上 LPO 的生成有显著的对抗作用,这一作用可能是补中益气汤抑制小鼠 EAC 的作用机理之一。
In this study, the effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the LPO content of Ehrlich ascites carcinoma (EAC) mice was studied by measuring the lipid peroxidation (LPO) content on the surface of cancer cells. The experimental results show that Buzhong Qiqi Decoction has a significant antagonistic effect on the formation of LPO on the membrane of EAC mice. This effect may be one of the mechanisms of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in inhibiting EAC in mice.
