党的十八大是在我国进入全面建成小康社会决定性阶段召开的一次承前启后、继往开来的大会,意义重大,影响深远。对于宁夏文化系统来讲,学习贯彻落实党的十八大精神就是要学以致用,融会贯通,加快推进文化强区战略,在新的起点上推动文化大发展大繁荣,为建设和谐富裕新宁夏、与全国同步建成全面小康社会,为建设社会主义文化强国作出应有贡献。
The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is a conference held in the light of the past, the past and the future held at the decisive stage of our country’s entering a well-off society in an all-round way. It is of great significance and profound influence. As far as the Ningxia cultural system is concerned, studying and implementing the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress is to learn from it, integrate it, speed up the strategy of building a strong culture zone, and promote the great development and prosperity of culture from a new starting point. In order to build a harmonious and affluent New Ningxia, We must make concerted efforts to build an overall well-to-do society simultaneously with the whole country and build a powerful socialist culture.
