一个单位要实现长期的安全稳定,不仅需要学习教育、作风整顿、警务督察、纪检监察等外在方式来约束,更需要培育健康高尚的职业文化,提升官兵的涵养和气质来强化。打造廉政文化,夯实官兵廉政思想根基。一是以边检职业文化建设为载体,在基础教育中渗透。要将打造廉政文化放到建设边检职业文化的大格局中来,把培养提高边检服务水平的斗志作为教育的根本落脚点,引导官兵思考筑牢防线和“执法为民”
To achieve long-term security and stability, a unit needs to be restrained not only by studying and educating itself, rectifying work style, police inspectors, discipline inspection and supervision, but also by cultivating a healthy and noble professional culture and enhancing the conservation and temperament of officers and soldiers. Build an honest and clean culture and lay a solid foundation for the thought of honest and clean government. First, take the occupation culture as the carrier border inspection, penetration in basic education. To build a clean government culture should be built in the large format of border trade occupation culture and to cultivate the morale of raising the level of border service as the fundamental end point of education and guide officers and soldiers to think firmly to build a line of defense and law enforcement for the people.
