国务院昨日在北京召开全国整顿和规范市场经济秩序电视电话会议。中共中央政治局委员、国务院副总理、全国整顿和规范市场经济秩序领导小组组长吴仪出席会议。吴仪说,原定今年9月结束的保护知识产权专项行动延期到今年年底。下一步,要重点查办食品、药品商标违法案件,侵犯驰名商标等商标专用权案件;坚决取缔销售盗版图书、音像制品、软件的不法摊点和游商走贩;年内实现地市一级政府办公软件正版化;有效保护专利权人的合法权益。
Yesterday the State Council held a national teleconference to rectify and standardize the market economic order in Beijing. Wu Yi, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee and vice premier of the State Council, leader of the leading group for rectifying and standardizing the market economy in the country, attended the meeting. Wu Yi said that the special action plan on IPR protection scheduled for the end of September this year will be postponed to the end of this year. The next step should focus on the investigation of food and drug trademark infringement cases, infringement of well-known trademarks and other trademark-specific cases; resolutely banned the sale of pirated books, audio-visual products, software, illegal stalls and tourists traders; to achieve a municipal government office software Genuine; effective protection of the patentee’s legitimate rights and interests.
