各省、自治区,直辖市农业(农林、农牧)厅(局、委):自我部颁发《肥料登记管理办法》以来,各地加大了打假扶优护农力度,有效地保护了合法企业和农民的利益。与此同时,一些地方肥料登记管理也存在着审批程序不规范,超范围登记以及乱收费等问题。为了进一步加强肥料登记管理,现将有关事项通知如下:
