人血清a酸性糖蛋白(AGP)是血清类粘蛋白的主要成分.几年前已有报告肿瘤病人血清类粘蛋白增高.最近发现.很多短期培养的肿瘤组织及其细胞系可以合成与AGP类似的或与其有交叉抗原反应的糖蛋白.从恶性肿瘤病人血浆和腹水中分离的AGP,可以抑制刺激分裂原激发的淋巴细胞增生反应和混合淋巴细胞反应。从恶性肿瘤局部分离的AGP可以明显影响宿主淋巴细胞对肿瘤组织的反应.AGP可能是一种与肿瘤有关的血清成分。作者用放射免疫试验(RIA),检测正常人、非肿瘤病人和不同类型肿瘤病人血浆AGP水平。
Human serum a-acid glycoprotein (AGP) is the main component of serum mucin. Several years ago, it was reported that serum mucoprotein was elevated in tumor patients. Recently, many short-term cultured tumor tissues and their cell lines can be synthesized similar to AGP. Or with its cross-antigen reaction glycoprotein. AGP isolated from malignant tumor patient’s plasma and ascites, can inhibit the stimulation of mitogen-induced lymphocyte proliferation and mixed lymphocyte reaction. AGP isolated from malignant tumors can significantly affect the host lymphocyte response to tumor tissue. AGP may be a tumor-related serum component. The authors used radioimmunoassay (RIA) to detect plasma AGP levels in normal, non-tumor, and different types of cancer patients.
