一、引言作为美国华裔第二代文学爆炸的主将,任碧莲(GishJen,1955—)的作品深受好评。1988～1999年间她就获得了8项美国文学大奖,其中包括三项美国最佳短篇小说奖和1999年的兰南文学奖。小说《莫娜在希望之乡》(Mona in the Promised Land)和《谁是爱尔兰人》(Who’s Irish?)分别被洛杉矶时报和纽约时报列
I. Introduction As the forerunner of the second generation Chinese literary explosion, Ren’s work by GishJen (1955-) has been well received. From 1988 to 1999 she won eight American literature awards, including three best short story award in America and the 1999 Southland Literature Award. The novel “Mona in the Promised Land” and “Who’s Irish?” Were listed by the Los Angeles Times and the New York Times respectively
