由于近几年新疆纺织行业招工难、人才流失、技术人员断档、系统培训缺乏等问题突出,使企业的操作水平和产品质量受到影响。为在新疆纺织行业中积极推广先进的操作方法,发挥先进典型人物示范带头作用,进一步掀起纺织企业学习新技术、新方法的岗位练兵活动,新疆纺织工业行业管理办公室于近日从新疆纺织企业中抽调优秀的操作能手和技术专家巡回演示和技术指导。
