目的探索高效、简捷、方便、低廉的方法从人群漱口液中分离幽门螺杆菌。方法被检者用生理盐水漱口,回收漱口液,离心,弃上清液,取沉淀物置脑心浸液培养基增菌培养。取菌液到改良的克氏双糖铁琼脂培养基中分离培养,挑取变红的菌落进行纯培养。对纯培养物进行染色检查和生化鉴定。结果漱口液中分离培养获得的纯培养物为幽门螺杆菌。结论用改良的克氏双糖铁琼脂培养基能比较快速准确地分离出漱口液中的幽门螺杆菌。
Objective To explore an efficient, simple, convenient and inexpensive method for isolating Helicobacter pylori from mouthwash in a population. Methods The subjects were rinsed with saline, gargle recovery, centrifugation, the supernatant was discarded, and the precipitate was placed brain heart infusion medium enrichment culture. Take bacteria solution to improve the Kirschner sugar iron agar culture medium, pick red colonies for pure culture. Pure cultures were stained and biochemically identified. Results The pure culture isolated from the mouthwash was Helicobacter pylori. Conclusions Helicobacter pylori in mouthwash can be isolated relatively quickly and accurately using modified Ketjenbuterol iron agar.
