目的观察麻疹长-47株纯化毒种制备的麻疹减毒活疫苗在8~10月龄人群中的接种反应及免疫原性。方法选择无麻疹疫苗免疫史及接种禁忌证的8~10月龄健康婴儿298人为观察对象,采用非随机分组,并按2∶1设置分为观察组和对照组。观察疫苗接种后的局部和全身反应及血清抗体水平。结果两种疫苗接种后均未出现局部反应,全身反应以发热反应为主。观察组出现发热反应34例(16.50%),对照组18例(19.57%),二者差异无统计学意义。观察组和对照组接种后血清麻疹血凝抑制抗体阳转率均为100%,抗体GMT分别为19.25和20.49,二者差异无统计学意义。结论麻疹减毒活疫苗(纯化毒种)对8~10月龄健康婴儿具有良好的安全性和免疫原性。
Objective To observe the vaccination response and immunogenicity of live attenuated measles vaccine prepared from 47 strains of purified measles virus in 8 ~ 10 months old population. Methods A total of 298 healthy 8-8 month old infants without measles vaccine immunization history and vaccination contraindications were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Local and systemic reactions and serum antibody levels after vaccination were observed. Results Both vaccines showed no local reaction after inoculation, and the systemic reaction was mainly based on fever. In the observation group, 34 cases (16.50%) had febrile reaction and 18 cases (19.57%) in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant. After immunization, the hemagglutination inhibition antibody positive rates of measles measles inoculation group and control group were all 100%, the antibody GMT was 19.25 and 20.49, respectively, with no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion The live attenuated measles vaccine (purified strain) has good safety and immunogenicity to healthy infants aged 8-10 months.
