罗荣桓被誉为“全军政工第一帅”。毛泽东的治军思想是罗荣桓军队政治工作思想的理论来源。罗荣桓强调,政治工作是革命战争胜利的决定性因素,其政治工作实践显示出政治工作对革命军队建设具有非同寻常的意义。建国后,他仍强调战争年代的军队政治工作路线不能动摇。罗荣桓所从事的军队思想政治工作大大丰富了毛泽东的军队思想政治工作理论,对今天的人民军队现代化建设仍有重要的现实意义。
Luo Ronghuan hailed as “the first handsome army political”. Mao Zedong’s thought of running the army is the theoretical source of Luo Ronghuan’s military political thinking.
