目的分析福建省传染病网络直报情况,为进一步提高质量提供依据。方法对《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》报告卡用SAS 9.0软件分析报告和审核及时性、重复报告、县区零缺报和分机构报告情况。结果 2006-2010年全省共报告卡片1 210 524张;法定传染病报告和审核的及时性总体呈逐年增高趋势,年均分别为74.9%和99.0%,2010年分别为79.4%和99.6%;重复报告现象持续,年均为0.06%;机构报告率呈逐年上升趋势,年均82.4%,2010年为90.8%。结论进一步提高报告质量,应依据报告质量的地区、机构和病种特征而采取针对性措施,建议修订报告质量的评价指标和控制要求。
Objective To analyze the direct reporting of infectious diseases network in Fujian Province and provide the basis for further improving the quality. Methods SAS 9.0 software was used to analyze the report card of Disease Surveillance Information Report Management System and to check the timeliness, repetitive reports, the report of zero-missing county and sub-agencies. Results A total of 1,102,524 cards were reported in the province from 2006 to 2010. The timeliness of reporting and verification of notifiable infectious diseases showed an overall upward trend year by year, with an average annual percentage of 74.9% and 99.0% respectively, up 79.4% and 99.6% respectively in 2010 and 2010 respectively. Repeated reports continued for an average annual rate of 0.06%. Institutional reporting rates showed an upward trend year by year, with an average annual figure of 82.4% and 90.8% in 2010. Conclusion To further improve the quality of the report, targeted measures should be taken according to the characteristics of the regions, institutions and diseases of the report quality, and the evaluation indicators and control requirements for the revision of the report quality should be proposed.
