本文首次报道熊胆对人早幼粒白血病细胞系HL-60的分化诱导作用.HL-60细胞(1.6×10~5/ml)在含有熊胆(400μg/ml)的RPMI 1640培养液中37℃孵育5天左右,80%以上的细胞分化为具有单核-巨噬细胞特征的细胞.细胞增殖明显受到抑制.分化的细胞具有还原硝基蓝四唑和贴壁能力,显示吞噬乳胶颗粒的功能,并基本失去自发形成集落的能力.细胞的α-萘酚醋酸酯酶(α-NAE)和酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性显著增加.
