In the pneumatic drive and control, often encounter the problem of charge and exhaust calculation. The existing calculation of charge and discharge is based on the assumption that the effective area of the charge and discharge flow path is constant. The actual charge and exhaust process, the effective area of the flow path is changing, so the existing charge and exhaust formula has a larger approximation. In this paper, according to the method of ISO / DIS6358, a new formula of exhaust and exhaust is derived.
