本报告为设计工程师,厂制人员以及说明书编者在预应力混凝土和斜拉桥拉索中使用环氧树脂涂面钢绞线制定了准则。这些准则条款涉及产品性能、设计考虑、操作搬运以及钢绞线力筋的安装就位和张拉,包括混凝土的许可养护量度。文中阐述了钢绞线端部进行整修和保护的程序。本文件不打算作为选择防锈体系的指南(用哪一种环氧树脂涂面钢绞线是用户的选择),也不应形成一种错觉,认为遵循了准则,其产品似乎业经PCI认可。
This report sets the guidelines for design engineers, factory personnel, and editors using epoxy-coated strand in prestressed concrete and cable ties. These guidelines relate to product performance, design considerations, handling and installation of steel tendons in place and tension, including allowable maintenance measures for concrete. The article describes the end of the strand renovation and protection of the program. This document is not intended as a guideline for selecting a rust protection system (which epoxy is the user’s choice), nor should it create an illusion that the guidelines have been followed and that its products appear to be PCI approved.
