我科在1994年8月至12月对50例确诊为急性下呼吸遭感染患儿于发病初期、极期及恢复期检测晨尿一氧化氮代谢产物NO_2~-/NO_3~-水平,并与30例同年龄组正常儿童对照。发现患儿极期尿NO_2~-/NO_3~-值显著高于对照组(t=4.347,P<0.01),初期及恢复期与对照组比较无显著差异。此外,将患儿分为两组,一组肺部有哮鸣音,为喘息组,22例;另一组为非喘息组28例。两组相比,前者极期尿
