婴幼儿误服药物引起中毒现象屡见不鲜,但误服咳必清引起急性中毒者较为少见。我们收治1例,现报告如下: 患儿,男,4岁。1995—01—28因误服咳必清6片(150mg)而入院。查体:颜面潮红,烦躁不安,抽搐,昏迷伴尿、便失禁。T36.4℃,P88次/分,R26次/分,BP10.5/6.0KPA。呼吸平稳,双侧瞳孔等大同圆,直径4mm,对光反射存在,咽部充血,双侧扁桃体Ⅰ°肿大,无脓苔,咽壁充血。双肺呼吸音正常,
