At the invitation of Dr. Zhou Guofu, the chief scientist of Chinese ethnicity at Philips Elsevier in the Netherlands, Springer-Verlag in Germany and Verlag-Stahleisen in the Stahl-Zentrum Group in Germany, the Chinese scientist at the Philips R & D Center in China, Mr. Su Tiansen, head of the “China Institute of Metals Journals,” a delegation of 11 people, in June 2005 for the Netherlands, Germany, Britain and other countries conducted a 12-day working visit.
