我们羊草中学是一所农村四年制初级中学,现有16个教学班,学生805人,教职员60人。据调查,目前羊草镇农、副、工、商有技术专长的只占总劳力的0.16%;镇村企业95%以上人员没受过专门的技术培训。为确保全镇“七五”规划发展目标的完成,仅种子、化肥、植保、农机驾驶专业人员就需配备600余人,在职干部和职工也必须进行岗位轮训。这不但提出了一个职后教育问题,同时对农村中学的办学方向也提出了切实的要求。在如何解决农村普通中学面向本地经济建设,培养农村有用人才方面,几年来我们主要做了以下工作。一、更新观念,确立为当地经济建设服务的指导思想中共中央、国务院《关于加强和改革农村学校教育若干问题的通知》中指出:“农村学校
