社会主义建设事业,需要有大批富于创造性的开拓型人才。这样的人才,要靠各方面持续不断的教育,诸如良好的家庭教育,科学的学校教育,健康的社会教育,包括在职教育和成人教育,才能培养出来。学校教育担负着培养这类人才的重要任务。如何改革当前学校教育的弊端,以实现多出人才、出好人才的目的,这是我们教育工作者需要研究的一个重要课题,也是新的历史时期的一项新任务,要有紧迫感。要实现这个新任务,就要抓紧改革学校教育现在存在的一些弊端:如端正学校教育的指导思想,改革专业设置、教学计划、课程内容,改革教学方法,改革考试方法等。本文只谈改革考试方法问题。
The cause of socialist construction requires a large number of pioneering talents rich in creativity. Such talents can only be cultivated by continuing education in all fields, such as good family education, science school education, healthy social education, including on-the-job education and adult education. School education is charged with the important task of training such personnel. How to reform the malpractice of current school education so as to realize the goal of extra talents and good talents is an important issue that our educators need to study. It is also a new task for the new historical period, and there should be a sense of urgency. In order to realize this new task, we should pay close attention to some shortcomings in reforming school education. For example, we should rectify the guiding ideology of school education, reform professional settings, teaching plans, curriculum contents, reform teaching methods, and reform examination methods. This article only talks about the reform of examination methods.
