本组采用常温下对２１例动脉导管未闭患者实行切断缝合术。结果显示手术效果确实可靠，无手术后再通和残余分流等并发症。提出对一般性无严重肺动脉高压的管型和漏斗型未闭动脉导管尽量采用切断缝合术。
The group used at room temperature on 21 cases of patent ductus arteriosus in patients with suture closure surgery. The results show that the effect of surgery is indeed reliable, no recurrence after surgery and residual complications such as shunts. Proposed for the general non-severe pulmonary hypertension and tubular and patent ductus arteriosus as much as possible to cut off suture.
