Danny-Anji Mines is principally engaged in the production of minerals for the refractory, ceramics and steel industries. Since 1969, Grumman has developed a unique andalusite resource in Europe. Beneficiation is to extract andalusite, to obtain 53 ~ 59% of aluminum, industrial impurities with very little refractory products. The deposit is located in the hinterland of Mount Nooré, belonging to the Angus schist of the Ordovician; it is severely degenerated in its contact zone with the Rostelan granite fault. Metamorphic schist contains a considerable amount of andalusite mineralization, a few centimeters long, section up to 4 mm, quartz, mica gangue rich in iron (biotite). The largest andalusite in the area (confirmed reserves of 5 million tons)
