发生在T波之前的P波可能下传心室的现象已为临床所认识,但发生在R波之前的心房激动能否下传心室尚未见专题探讨。近日我们在调搏检查中发现2例越过R波的房室传导现象,现报道如下。
It is clinically recognized that the P wave that precedes the T wave may be transmitted to the ventricle. However, there is no special discussion on whether the atrial activation before the R wave can be transmitted to the ventricle. Recently we found in the pacing check 2 cases of RCC across the atrioventricular conduction are reported below.
