平沟洗煤厂原采用跳汰粗选(排矸)、两产品重介质旋流器精选、煤泥浮选的分选工艺,2011年扩能改造,目前已达原煤入洗能力3Mt/a。工艺采用不脱泥无压三产品重介旋流器+有压两产品重介旋流器+煤泥浮选工艺,最终出精煤、高热值中煤、低热值中煤、煤泥和矸石五种产品。其中50~0mm粒级的原煤不脱泥、不分级给入无压三产品重介旋流器,分选出的中煤再给入有压两产品重介质旋流器再选,>0.25mm粒级粗煤泥返回重介分选,<0.25mm粒级煤泥采用浮选机分选。通过不断优化生产技术管理、加强工艺技术改造的深度,提高了洗选效率,实现了效益最大化。
